When we were able to open our stores again in May of 2020, we curbed our hours as other late night venues were not open yet and we didn’t want our staff being the only stores open in the area. Over the past 17 months we have kept those hours and it has been a good thing, so we will continue these hours for the foreseeable future. Our current hours are: 10 am – 9 am Monday through Saturday and Sundays noon to 8 pm, unless of course we are unable to cover a shift (and that has happened more than we would like). We, like pretty much everyone out there, have been short-staffed for quite a while. I am not going to debate the reasons, simply stating a fact. Because I want a healthy staff who are able to take time off when they need it, there will be a store closed for a shift now and then. We have signs that say where the nearest Fantasy Gifts is, and most have one pretty close by. We very much appreciate your understanding and your continued support of our business. And remember… we have TWO websites! Myfantasygifts.com is the one we built for local instore pick-ups, or we can mail or deliver the items if that is more convenient for you. This site has the items available in our real, actual Minnesota stores. Shipping costs have increased multiple times in the past year and until now we have not raised the shipping charge, but as of this newsletter the price is going up. There is also our mail order only site which is: fantasygiftsmn.com. This site has thousands more items and is stocked by a trusted distributor. You will also find a coupon code on this site so you can save on your order. Not many people use the coupon codes, which is confusing as it is always on one of the slides on our home page. On both sites, if you see something you want, get it- it may not be around very long. Supply lines are taking weeks and months longer then in the past, and I don’t see this changing for a year or so. The staff is doing an amazing job buying and getting items out to the stores considering we never know when something is going to arrive at the warehouse.
